Full day tour to experience the best of the Yarra Valley

Book in 3 easy steps:

1.  Enter the number of passengers/participants you are booking seats for

3.  Complete the on-line booking form with all your details including your credit card information to guarantee your booking.

Note 1: The internet special rate is available for direct on-line bookings only. The normal tour price will apply for travel agencies & hotel concierge bookings.      

Note 2: If you are joining friends, but you are booking separately, please add a comment in the "Special Requirements box" to alert us to this fact to ensure we allocate you all together on the same bus. If you do not do so, we cannot guarantee you will be on the same bus together.

Booking confirmation:

You will receive an instant automatic email acknowledging your tour booking and a subsequent booking confirmation email once your booking has been received and confirmed by our office. Note: If you use Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo email accounts your booking confirmation email may go to your Junk / Spam folder. Please check these folders after making the booking or contact us with any queries.

Payment:

You have a choice to pay at the time of booking  OR  choose the 'Book Now, Pay On The Day' option. For the 'Book Now, Pay Later' option, payment is collected on the day of the tour by the driver / guide. You can choose to pay by cash, eftpos or credit card.

Cancellation Policy:

1.  A 100% fee will apply for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date.
2.  A "no show" on the day of the tour is a late cancellation. A cancellation fee of 100% will apply.
3.  Small groups i.e. 5 or more people, and private tours are strictly 7 days cancellation.
4.  Cancellations must be advised in writing by email to our office.

Terms & Conditions:

Please note the tour is dependent on minimum numbers and we reserve the right to cancel the tour if we do not have sufficient numbers to operate. This happens very infrequently however if it happens we will endeavour to contact you in advance and discuss other options with you.

We reserve the right to cancel the tour in the event of extreme weather conditions and bush fires.

If you are

Tour Itinerary:

We reserve
the right to change tour itinerary in the event of non-availability at venues
e.g. certain concert days where our regular lunch venue may not be open to tour
groups.

 We also

12.00pm TOUR DEPARTS FROM BUS TERMINAL BEHIND FEDERATION SQUARE - CORNER OF FLINDERS STREET AND RUSSELL STREET

Returns to Melbourne approx 6.30PM - 7pm

 

1. Visit to Domaine Chandon where your table with a view awaits. Purchase food and wine from the lounge menu (own expense) and/or visit the boutique to shop for Chandon products.

2. Cheese tasting at the Yarra Valley Dairy Tasting. Fee included in price!

3. Wine tasting at Yering Station winery or walk through the gardens and enjoy the view. Tasting fee included in price.

4. Chocolate tastings at Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery followed by free time to browse the shop. Tasting fee included in price!

5. Kangaroo Safari! We’ll drive through the lower Yarra Valley stopping for photos of wild Kangaroos (there’s so many!).

Return approx 6.30-7pm
